- Description
Driving sleet blocks all sight (even darkvision) within it and
causes the ground in the area to be icy, slowing movement to
one-half normal. Additionally, any creature in sleet that
attempts to move must succeed at a Reflex save or fall down
instead. The sleet extinguishes torches and small fires.
