A thin sheet of searing flame shoots from the character's
outspread fingertips. The character must hold the character's
hands with the character's thumbs touching and the character's
fingers spread. The sheet of flame is about as thick as the
character's thumbs. Any creature in the area of the flames takes
1d4 points of fire damage per the character's caster level
(maximum 5d4). Flammable materials such as cloth, paper,
parchment, and thin wood burn if the flames touch them.
